EPG stands for electronic program guide — the on-screen schedule showing what’s on now and next for each channel.
How it works
Your IPTV player downloads EPG data alongside your channel list, matching each channel to a schedule of program titles, times and (in some apps) descriptions.
Where it comes from
EPG data is provided by your IPTV service alongside your subscription, and is usually loaded automatically — you don’t normally need to find or enter it yourself.
Why it sometimes doesn’t load
EPG data can take longer to populate than the channel list itself, especially right after first login. If it stays empty, see our EPG not working guide.
