The service

XTREME HD IPTV provides access to a streaming service that you use with a compatible third-party IPTV player app on your own device. You are responsible for having a suitable device and a stable internet connection.

Orders and delivery

Subscriptions are sold as a one-time payment for a fixed period (1, 3, 6 or 12 months). After payment is confirmed, we send your login details by WhatsApp or Telegram, usually within a few minutes. There is no automatic renewal — the subscription ends at the end of the period unless you choose to renew.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in euros and include any applicable taxes. We accept credit card, PayPal and cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin and USDT. Prices and promotions may change, but the price you pay at checkout is the price for your current term.

Money-back guarantee

If the service does not work for you, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will work with you to fix it or issue a refund for that subscription period, in line with our guarantee.

Acceptable use

• Use the subscription on the number of devices included in your plan.
• Do not resell, share publicly, or redistribute your login details.
• Do not attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
• You are responsible for complying with the laws and content rules of your own country.

We may suspend a subscription that is shared beyond its plan limit or used in a way that harms the service for others.

Support

Support is provided over WhatsApp and Telegram. We aim to respond quickly, typically within a few minutes, at any time of day.

Liability

Individual channels, events and on-demand titles can change or become temporarily unavailable depending on the source. We do not guarantee that any specific channel or title will be available for the whole of your term.
