Logging in is the same basic process on every device: enter the details you were sent, in the right fields, in a compatible player app.
What you need
After ordering, you're sent three pieces of information by WhatsApp or Telegram: a username, a password, and a server URL (sometimes given instead as a single M3U link). Keep that message — you'll need it every time you set up a new device or app.
Step by step
- Open your IPTV player app and choose to add a new playlist, user or profile.
- Select the Xtream Codes / API login method (rather than M3U, unless that's what you were given).
- Enter the username, password and server URL exactly as sent — these are case-sensitive.
- Save, and let the app load your channel list. The first load can take up to a minute.
Common login mistakes
- Extra spaces copied along with the username or password.
- Typing the server URL without
http://orhttps://when the app requires it. - Using an M3U link in a field that expects Xtream Codes login, or vice versa.
If login still fails
Double-check each field against the original message character by character, confirm your device has an active internet connection, and if it still won't work, contact support with a screenshot of the error.
