Because every plan is a one-time payment with no auto-renewal, renewing means placing a new order before or after your current period ends.
How renewal works
There's no subscription toggle to switch off or a recurring charge to cancel. When your plan period ends, access simply stops. To continue, choose a plan again on the pricing page.
Renewing before it expires
You can order a new plan before your current one runs out; message support and they can advise on timing so you don't lose access in between.
If your access already expired
Your previous login details stop working once the period ends. Placing a new order gets you a fresh set of details the same way as your first purchase.
