Samsung TVs run Tizen OS, with their own app store rather than the Google Play Store, so setup looks a little different from Android devices.
Step 1: Open the Samsung Apps store
From the Smart Hub or home screen, open Samsung Apps (sometimes labelled Tizen Store), search for a compatible IPTV player, and install it.
Step 2: Note your device details if asked
Some Smart TV players show a MAC address or device key the first time you open them. If yours does, send it to support so it can be linked to your subscription — see our MAC address guide for more on this.
Step 3: Enter your login details
Add a new playlist and enter the server URL and username/password (or M3U link) from your order confirmation.
Step 4: Reload and watch
Restart the app so the channel list and EPG load fully, then open Live TV.
